What to expect

I will send you some intake forms before we meet. It's very helpful if you can fill these out ahead of time both to help inform me before our meeting, and to help you organize yourself regarding your concerns and goals.

Making stepwise changes to your diet

Keeping a food diary for a few days here and there

Temporary elimination and reintroduction of foods, with an end goal of as much variety as possible in your diet

Using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (as appropriate)

Taking supplements as indicated by labs or nutrition-focused physical exam
